Together, we believe the most meaningful moments are often shared around good food. Our goal is to help make your celebration feel welcoming, beautifully styled, and genuinely memorable—from the first detail to the final bite.
Our StoryBeau Soirée was inspired by two of the most important people in our lives—Ashley’s mother and brother. Their strength, love, and entrepreneurial spirit continue to influence the heart behind this business.
My mother raised four children alone as a widow, while owning and operating several sandwich shops. I began helping in those shops at a very young age, where I learned firsthand that food is about so much more than what is served. It is about hospitality, hard work, connection, and making people feel cared for.
My brother also became an important source of inspiration, as he always exhibited an entrepreneurial spirit and cheered me on through whatever endeavor I wanted to accomplish. Losing both my mother and my brother to cancer changed my life and gave me an even deeper appreciation for time spent together, meaningful celebrations, and the memories created around food. Food is our family’s love language.
Beau Soirée Grazing Bar was born from those lessons and from my desire to build something beautiful in their honor. Every cart, cup, and individual box is prepared with thoughtful attention to detail and the hope that it becomes part of a moment your guests will remember for many years to come.
For me, this business is more than catering. It is a celebration of family, friends, resilience, creativity, and gathering with the people who matter most.
