Choose your cart and locate your guest-count range to see the exact price per person. Every package includes food, preparation, standard delivery, complete setup, serving supplies, attended service, replenishment, breakdown, and two hours of service. A third hour can be added for an additional fee of $50.
Every Beau Soirée grazing bar is attended throughout the entire service period. We do not offer unattended or drop-off cart rentals.
The Charcuterie Cart
A thoughtfully arranged selection of cured meats, cheeses, crackers, fresh and dried fruits, olives, nuts, spreads, and seasonal accompaniments.

The Bagel Bar
Assorted locally sourced bagels served with traditional and flavored cream cheeses, fresh fruits, meats, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, and seasonings. Premium options that can be added on for an additional $2 per person: smoked salmon and capers.

Our carts are never left unattended. A Beau Soirée team member remains with the cart to serve guests, replenish the display, maintain its presentation, and oversee food safety throughout the event.

No Surprise Fees:
The price listed for your guest-count range includes your selected menu, preparation, standard delivery, setup, styling, attended service, serving supplies, replenishment, and breakdown.
We do not add separate cart-rental, setup, staffing, or service fees.
Applicable sales tax and any clearly disclosed travel charge for events outside our standard service area will be shown or provided before you book.
Booking Details:

A signed agreement and 50% nonrefundable retainer are required to reserve your event date. Your date is not confirmed until both are received.

The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.

The final guest count is due 14 days before the event. Your final invoice will be based on the confirmed guest count or the number originally booked, whichever is greater.

Each standard cart package includes two hours of attended service. An additional hour of service can be added for a fee of $50.

No. All Beau Soirée cart experiences are fully attended. We do not offer unattended or drop-off cart rentals. If you’re interested in unattended catering options, we offer charcuterie cups or individual charcuterie boxes with a minimum order of 10.

Yes, while standard travel and delivery is included within our published service area, we are open to traveling outside of our service radius anywhere throughout Michigan. Any travel charge for locations outside that area will be disclosed in writing before booking.

Yes. Beau Soirée Grazing Bar LLC is a licensed and insured food-service business, and its owner is a ServSafe Certified Food Protection Manager. We prepare and handle food in accordance with applicable food-safety requirements and maintain commercial liability insurance for our services.
Proof of licensing, insurance, and ServSafe certification can be provided to venues upon request. A venue may also be added as an additional insured when required, subject to the terms of our insurance policy.
